WWSK

What Women Should Know (WWSK) is a community of women helping women by providing understanding, compassion, and mutual respect. Our primary objective is to promote strength and empowerment through motivation, information, and the resources necessary for women to make better informed decisions. WWSK workshops and on-line resources focus on real-life situations and solutions, and referral sources for women, by women.

What Women Should Know recognizes that an educated woman is an empowered woman. With that in mind, we will strive to address the challenges of women and improve their quality of life. At WWSK, we understand that when women find a trusted professional they become the best marketing and advertising resource. WWSK wants to take that mindset to the next level through our speaker workshop series and online community. Our goal is to elevate expertise by promoting word of mouth advertising from participants of our events and through online social media. Our online community will allow subject matter experts to showcase their services and products by providing speaking and blog opportunities, educational material knowledgebase, as well as a client reference and referral repository.

What Women Should Know will be a place where women can gather–to meet each other, to learn new skills, to get support, to celebrate accomplishments. The purposes and goals of WWSK shall include, but not limited to, the following:

~ Provide an online community of women who listen and enrich other women by providing support, encouragement and empowerment.
~ Sponsor seminars, workshops, and discussion groups for the purpose of educating the public on issues affecting women and the community at large.
~ Create a repository for women to refer service providers who are knowledgeable and supportive of issues that women face.
~ Render general assistance and support to the positive forces for women, by women.
